The contest invites all ophthalmologists globally to submit compelling images that capture the most challenging,innovative, or visually striking ophthalmic cases.
The initiative aims to highlight real-world ophthalmic cases, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional collaboration within the ophthalmology community. Participants will have the opportunity to share their clinical expertise with a global audience, contributing valuable educational resources that benefit healthcare providers, patients, and advocates alike.

A panel of ophthalmologist judges will review each submission and select the top 3 most compelling cases. The winners will receive an Amazon gift card and be recognized by Ophthalmology 360 as a Photo Contest winner. All submitted photos may be featured across IHM’s platforms, offering broad exposure within the ophthalmology community.
By entering, participants confirm they have obtained any necessary patient consent and grant IHM permission to use their images for educational and promotional purposes.
