Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective Date: February 26, 2026

Last Updated: February 26, 2026

International Healthcare Media, LLC ("IHM Holdings") respects your right to control how your personal information is used. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act/California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

What Does "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean?

Under state privacy laws, the "sale" of personal information broadly means making personal information available to a third party in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" (under California law) means making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

IHM shares personal information — including identifiers, professional information, internet activity data, and inferences — with advertisers, sponsors, marketing partners, and the DMD Healthcare Communications Network. This sharing may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable state privacy laws.

How to Opt Out

You have several options to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information:

Option 1: Submit an Opt-Out Request

Complete the form below to submit your opt-out request. We will process your request within 15 business days.

Thank you! Your submission has been received!

Option 2: Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC)

IHM honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. GPC is a browser-level setting that automatically communicates your opt-out preference to every website you visit. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a valid request to:

  • Opt out of the sale of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising

To enable GPC:

  1. Use a browser that supports GPC (such as Firefox, Brave, or DuckDuckGo)
  2. Or install a browser extension that supports GPC (such as Privacy Badger or OptMeowt)
  3. Enable the GPC setting in your browser or extension preferences

Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.

Option 3: Contact Us Directly

You may also submit your opt-out request by:

  • Email: dataprivacy@ihmholdings.com — include "Opt-Out Request" in the subject line
  • Phone: (908) 505-8899
  • Mail: International Healthcare Media, LLC, Attn: Privacy Team, Six Leigh Street, Clinton, NJ 08809

What Happens After You Opt Out

Once we process your opt-out request:

  • We will stop selling or sharing your personal information with third parties for advertising and marketing purposes
  • We will not share your information with the DMD Healthcare Communications Network for third-party marketing
  • You will no longer receive targeted advertising from IHM based on data shared with our advertising partners
  • We will continue to share personal information with service providers who process data on our behalf (this is not considered a "sale" or "sharing" under state privacy laws)
  • You may still receive general (non-targeted) advertising and communications from IHM

Your opt-out preference is retained indefinitely. You do not need to re-submit your request. If you wish to opt back in to the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may contact us at dataprivacy@ihmholdings.com.

Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out right. You will continue to have full access to our websites and services.

Managing Cookies and Tracking

In addition to the opt-out methods above, you can manage how tracking technologies collect data on our websites:

Note: Cookie-based opt-outs are device- and browser-specific. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you will need to manage cookies on each one. A GPC signal or a direct opt-out request to IHM provides broader coverage.
